We have always prided ourselves on our customer service, doing the best for our clients no matter what, and the current Coronavirus pandemic has been no exception. In fact, we believe that our personal customer service is never as important as it is now, during these challenging and confusing times. Throughout, we have remained available to help answer all queries, and deal with bookings and enquiries, even during lockdowns. Even though we haven’t been able to reopen our office fully to the public since March (with the exception of appointments), we have continued to be on the phones and emails. We have, of course, missed being able to see our lovely clients face-to-face like we used to!
